Our ParcelShops – There’s one near you

Did you place an order and are not home for the delivery? We have the perfect solution for you! You simply have to collect your order in one of our 200 ParcelShops. These are integrated into all types of stores and existing businesses. Many have extended hours and are open even on the weekend.

Your order will be available to be picked up at the ParcelShop you choose for 10 working days, so that you can pick it up when it is most convenient. Don’t forget: take your GLS ticket notice and an official photo ID to pick up your order.

You can also use the ParcelShop closest to you to make a personal shipment quickly and simply!

Expand your own range of services! As a ParcelShop partner, you can offer high-quality parcel services directly in your own shop. This allows you to benefit from new customers and increased customer loyalty. GLS Portugal is right by your side as a reliable partner. We support you with advice, free basic equipment and advertising material for your ParcelShop.

Whether to collect or pick up an order, our dense ParcelShops network guarantees that you will always find one close to you. Our ParcelShops offer very short waiting times and extended opening hours. Have questions about shipping or need help? In all ParcelShops you will find a competent and informed person at your disposal. In addition you can track your order online in real time.

Parcel pickup authorization

You can authorise another person in writing to collect your consignment. The authorized person must bring an informal written authorization or the passage notice with the proper authorization and an official photographic identification with them.

We have our own packaging material that you can offer to your customers to carry out shipments, in order to facilitate your work and with the sole objective of increasing your turnover.

At GLS we supply the exterior material to signal your trade externally as being one of our Parcel Shops. Our aim is to improve the visibility of your business so that it is easily identified by your customers. Currently, we have several materials available, from flags, vinyl and stickers to place in the most convenient location.

For the interior of your business, we also have several advertising media available to draw the attention of your customers. We have, for example, A1-size posters and flyers with detailed information about our services so that you can deliver them easily and without hassle. GLS offers several useful online tools for delivering an order. You can track your shipment online in real time using a track ID that can be found on any Ticket Notice or via the free GLS mobile App, where recipients and senders can check the delivery status of your order from the their smartphones.
